About me
Business Consultant & Agile Coach
I have been working closely with company leaders and teams for more than 15 years. The Lean and Agile guidelines are the closest to my thinking. I would like to share my observations and experiences with as many people as possible. My goal is to work with your client and team to develop practices that can help you run more smoothly, enjoyably and effectively. I am happy to help improve the organization's processes and communication, and to specify strategies, products and regulations. in resolving conflicts, but I also welcome visits to individuals. I believe in positive thinking, partnerships, respect-based leadership, and a culture of proactive, empirical development.

The length and topics of the training can be adjusted as required based on prior agreement. In addition to the description of the framework, I place emphasis on the philosophy and spirituality of the trends, and this can bring positive change to the team when incorporated into daily work, even within other methodological frameworks. It is also possible to order a couple of sprint coaches in connection with any project, during which I will show in practice, analyze the operation of the roles and decision-making mechanisms, thus helping to start the work of the SM, PO staff and the team Scrum appointed by the organization.

There you can even bring your workplace anonymously, if you would like. We give feedback to each other, practice situations, help each other build an action plan. In the meantime, we practice assertive communication and deepen our self-knowledge.
